Driving to work today I heard a commercial on the radio for "The 11th Hour" - a T.V. show- and the commercial said: "They are killing off the weak, one by one."
But, because of the title of the show I was thinking time frame - and what I heard was: "They are killing off the week, one by one."
Briefly anyway. Long enough to think: "So, what are they killing off? "Tuesday?" Tuesday would be OK, - that's the only day of the week no one in my family was born. So, Tuesday would be OK. Altho I've always liked Tuesday for a girl's name, but the only other day of the week I have free is Sunday - and I'd like to leave that alone for the Sabbath. So, Tuesday. If need be.
